Last week I went every day except Friday.  On Wednesday I had my first personal training session and he set me up with a weight training plan.  The 1st day I work arms, next day is legs, and the last day is shoulders and back.  We will meet every three weeks and evaluate my progress.  I finished my first week last night and I could barely finish because I was so sore. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Results&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After working out at the gym 2-3 hours a night I weighed in this morning at 207.2.. that is a loss of 2.8 lbs for the week.  I am now under a pound of finally hitting my first mini goal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been trying to be careful with what I am eating but I have not been tracking at all - just sort of eye balling it.  After all the working out I have been doing I just assumed I would have had more of a loss. I weighed in this morning at 210.  The last few weeks I have ranged anywhere from 214 to 209.  So glad to see the number I saw this morning.  Four pounds from my first mini goal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The last couple of months I feel like I have been phonying this in.  I know I have been lost almost 30 pounds, which is great- but I know I can expect more outta myself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last night I joined a gym.  I went and worked out for about an hour and again tonight for 2 hours.  I feel lost in there.. I don't know what I should be doing! I went ahead and set up a personal training session (it's free, thank goodness!) for tomorrow at 6:30pm, so hopefully he will be able to set a plan up for me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, today I had a doctor appointment and I was dreading to step on the scale because I didn't want my home scale to be wrong! But much to my surprise it read 212.. which means my scale is correct.  I am quite pleased. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can almost fit into my size 16 jeans.  I can get them on and button them but def not comfortably and they do NOT look good. I suppose I will jump right on in there and talk about my previous post. I did so much activity this weekend and I thought I did good on my food. Stepped on the scale this morning and it read 214.8. Sure, it is only a pound increase but a big kick in the gut when I thought for sure I was losing. This mornings weigh in put me in a terrible mood all day. I am trying hard to get past it and move on. I cannot let it beat me down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, what I did this weekend--&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Friday night we had a huge wind storm.. 70-90 mph winds. It was crazy. We ended up losing power until Saturday morning. I feel fortunate, I live in town but just one county road over from my parent's house that just got electric back yesterday! Crazy. There were trees down/uprooted all over.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday was the day I have been waiting on for weeks- the bike ride!! My dad and I got there at about 9:30am &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;ish&lt;/span&gt; and took off. It went so smoothly. We did 30 miles. We got I cannot wait until next year. I think I will do the 60 mile ride. I decided to bike there.. about a 10 mile trek. The sun was got beaming down and when I finally got there I was a sweaty mess with a beat red face! When we got home from the open house we decided to start the cleanup of the aftermath of &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;friday&lt;/span&gt; nights storm at my parents house. A full &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;trailer&lt;/span&gt; load of tree &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;branches&lt;/span&gt; we loaded and unloaded. There is still another 2 loads yet to deal with. I only have a few months to go and I can finally get my braces off! After yesterday's &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;apt&lt;/span&gt;, my teeth are hurting so bad. I have to be so careful when eating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weigh in:&lt;/strong&gt; 213.8lbs. Not so good of a weight loss, only .4lbs but at least it is going down.  My dad and I didn't get a chance to bike at all last week and my exercise was maybe a video here and there. This week will be different.  I am setting a goal to be 210 and under; that would be awesome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have finals this week and boy am I ever stressed.  My project management II class is completed. Have to finish a paper and an essay for my e-business class and 3 assignments and a final for my accounting II class all by &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;friday&lt;/span&gt;.  whew, I never have &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;written&lt;/span&gt; it out and I realize I have a lot to do. Thankfully after this week I get a week vacation and I will have my final quarter of school.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday is the pumpkin vine bike ride!! I can't wait. I had to leave the house this morning at 6:15 to be at my ortho appointment by 7:50.  Well, my housemate and I had planned to go walking/running at 5am before I left. She came in my room at 5 and said she would rather not go, which I thought, "yay, more sleep for me!". I must not have reset my alarm after that, because I woke up at 6:45!! I sprinted out of bed, went and washed my hair and was out the door my 7 and on my way.  I called the office and said I would be late.  I was about 10 miles from the ortho office and I get a call from the receptionist telling me my appointment is NEXT week.  I looked at my calendar and she was right.  I turned around and headed home.  blasted. So, next week I will be making the trip again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weigh in results:&lt;/strong&gt;  I will admit I moved the scale around the floor to get the a result I liked.. that counts right?! I am saying it does.  214.2. Which puts me down 2.2lbs.  I think my double chin is finally getting a bit smaller.  Score.  My belly is still bigger than ever.  I am down to only one pair of jeans that I wear everyday because my other pair has a nice attractive thigh hole.  And I am afraid that will be happening soon to my last remaining pair.  Hopefully I will outgrow (that isn't the word.. but you get the point) these jeans before that happens. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonight we are having friends over for the finale of glee! love, love that show! Not to bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week I weighed in at 216.4.. that is more like it- down 2.2lbs! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;I am officially down 20 pounds!!! It is about time!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow is my birthday- turning 22. I remember 3 years ago I wanted to be at my goal weight by now. ha, oh dear. But, I will tell ya, that is not going to stop me from having a good time tomorrow night with my beautiful friends! I haven't decided yet where we are going. This would normally be every persons dream- picking out a place to go. But I DREAD it! I am way too indecisive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been able to sweet talk my dad into going on bike rides with me in this hot/humid heat. Sunday night we went about 6 miles and tonight we went 7. I would love to go further, but I have to give him more time :) I am also SUPER excited, he agreed to go on the pumpkin vine trail bike ride with me on June 17. It will be a 30 mile ride. I was thinking I was just retaining water.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Nope.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;220. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Up .2lbs. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Which I realize is nothing, but I thought I did really good this week with exercise. I did eat out a lot more than normal, so I am assuming that plays a role in the gain. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Moving on. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;I really want to get away from the twentys for good. So by next Tuesday, that is my goal (again!). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;What I need to start doing is keep track of my workouts. What I do each day and how much. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;That is also going to be my goal this week. Tracking. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;This week I have midterms and I am completely stressed! I have so much to do it is unbelievable. I've been majorly slacking on my assignments and now it is biting me in the butt. So until Friday night I will be doing TONS of homework and tests. blah. I don't get it.  I have looked almost everywhere- not sure where else I can look.  and right now I can't afford to purchase a new bb- although I would LOVE to, but I want to get a bike rack for my car and those are not cheap. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Speaking of biking tuesday night I went.  My mom was using my car (hers was in the shop) so she just dropped me off at Richelle's house and I said I could just ride back to the house since it is only 4 miles away.  Well, on the way back to my house I notice that I am riding hard and it is NOT smooth! I decided that once I got off the busy road and onto the county road I would get off and check.. flat tire!! I am still probably 3 miles away from home. Could not believe it!  I ended up walking by bike back until my mom was able to come and get me!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoping to take it in Saturday and get a new tube for it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Going on a bike ride again tonight and I will have to take my sisters. I am just &lt;em&gt;barely&lt;/em&gt; out of the 20's but I still made it!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;This weekend was amazing and I didn't have my camera, so no pics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Friday night my good friend Dustin came in from Chicago and I got to spend the evening with him. I ended up staying there until 3:45 in the morning! It was nice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That brings us to Saturday morning- my friend Michelle and I had planned on meeting at 5am for breakfast and then head to ft wayne for the vera bradley sale. So there wasn't anytime for sleep. When I drove home from Dustins I headed straight for the shower and got ready for breakfast! We ate breakfast and drove to the vera bradley sale to wait in line for about 2.5 hours to enter the building! But that is nothing- I was talking to a bunch of other people that I knew that went and they said that if they would not have left, they would have had to wait at LEAST 6 hours in line! INSANE! Anyways, I ended up buying 5 purses. I love! If you can imagine, I came home and crashed!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday was nice. The high school youth had a labor auction and a meal, which is always fun. After that was a bunch of homework and relaxing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonight, Richelle and I are going on a bike ride. I am exicted since I haven't gotten a chance to go on one since last Tuesday! My food was horrible.  I thought I was doing good, but I wasn't counting calories and i know I was eating way over.  I did end up exercising the equivalent of 30 minutes for 5 days.  My friend Richelle and I have started biking together and we went 3 times last week for about an hr each.  I had forgotten how much I love bike riding.  And if spark people is correct, an hour bike ride burns just over 600 calories! I wish I could find my bodybugg.. with all the packing and moving, I have seemed to misplace it.  Hoping it turns up soon. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;now to the weight loss: 1 pound.  The scale is moving again! - go figure that when i get my body moving again, I will see results. So that makes me at 223.  So close to the teens! Maybe by next tuesday :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;well, hope you all enjoy the the rest of the week! How is it that time goes by so fast. It seriously feels like I never left blogging land. Although, I do have a lot blogs to read from my absents. It sort of feels like every couple months I take a hiatus and than return.. which btw, is not good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;a lot of new and exciting things have happened in my neck of the woods. This could get long- hope I don't bore you :) ...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;last december a couple days before christmas we met my sisters birth family for the first time. my sister is 15 and has been struggling for the past few years and to say it nicely, has been quite a handful. She was trying to fill the rejection and void with drinking, smoking, etc. No matter how much love my parents showered her with it wasn't enough, she was still struggling. and I get that. Well, after a LOT of prayers, her birth mom called the interpreter and asked if we would want to meet. A true answer to prayer. God is amazing. Within the last month, the family (birth mom-who we call ma, sister, and sister's baby boy) moved in with us, as the birth dad (pa) was sent to jail. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before Pa got sent to jail, I moved out of my Grandparent's house for the winter and had an offer to move into a house with 3 other people. Which I jumped at that chance. So it all worked perfect. All in one weekend: I moved out of the grandparents place, moved into my new house and the birth family moved into my parent's house. So I changed and put on a sweatshirt. Problem solved. My cousin trisha, told me a while back that guys know how big you are, even if you try and cover it up.. I guess it makes sense. I mean, you cannot hide fat. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tonight the housemates and I went on a bike ride. We went about 5 miles and boy oh boy was I huffing and puffing! Yep, up 2 pounds.  The only comfort I can bring myself is the fact while googling  "gaining weight &amp;amp; p90x"- it is somewhat common.  Muscle gain? But what makes me question that is on BL a couple seasons ago Jillian said that is crap.  I don't know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although, I do know my food has a lot to do with it. This past weekend I had two baby showers AND my mom's birthday.  Which means CAKE! ha, I know I shouldn't have eaten it, but frankly&lt;br /&gt;I am not that strong :) So this week I need to seriously count every morsel that goes into my mouth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am debating whether or not I should activate my bb membership again. I suppose I am not surprised. It is just the first week that i haven't lost anything.  Even if it is only a .5lb.  I suppose not exercising well do that for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week I started P90x and wowsers am I ever sore!! The workouts are so hard but what I enjoy about this program is that I don't do the same video repeatedly. The 1st phase has me doing a different video every night for the 7 seven days. So far I have completed 2 days and I still have to do my workout for today when I get home.  But last night it was yoga for 90 minutes!! INSANE! My abs kill when I sit. When I raise my arms or put them behind my back they just ache. The back of my upper leg is sore. I love it! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to try really hard to complete these- it is a reasonable goal- it really should not be a problem to get it an hour of workouts in a night. I just need to tell myself that over and over again!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although I must say I have been doing this for 2 days now and was hoping that the scale would be able to show me that my hard work is paying off.  I got nothing. These weeks have flown by.  What sickens me is to know how hard I could have been working.  I keep saying I am going to get my butt in gear but those excuses always find me.  What is it going to take for me to finally grip on to the exercise train and give it everything I got. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways, lost 1.5lbs this week.  SOO close to the 10 lb mark. Granted the last couple weeks have not been great loses but you know what?- they are loses! and seriously that is a big thing for me.  I lost another pound for the week.  That puts me back to where I was in December when I left for my cruise.  Almost 10 lbs lost.  Next week I am going to hit that 10 mark and surpass it! A fresh start. A new blog.  Then I was thinking- well what will people say about me? "Gee, she can't seem to stick to anything.. etc, etc."  Well, I am decided this is MY blog after all and I am doing this for ME.  Who cares what others think.  So I am going to keep this blog up and running and just recommit to losing weight. &lt;br /&gt;Like I said in my previous post I started exercising consistently since Monday and do not plan to stop anytime soon.  Beginning last Monday my weight was 235.5 lbs- I have a LOT of work to do! But I know I can do it! It really is huge accomplishment for me.. working out consecutively.  I also made a calendar to help  that will I use to track what exercise I have done- that seems to help me the most. It seems to keep me accountable. I don't want to look at an empty/clear day! Because I didn't weigh myself in the last couple weeks (I am bunching them together) and I had gained 1.5lbs which put me back up to 233.5.  That is ok, just a mild set back.  I weighed myself this morning and so far I am liking what working out everyday does for me! I had no idea how fun they would be. We are already planning our next one!!!  And we have decided that we will have healthier bodies by the next one (Dec again). Work was crazy, &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;plenty&lt;/span&gt; of baking yummy cookies, chocolates, party mixes, etc!! NOT good for my belly! I did somewhat good throughout the last few weeks.  Gained 4 pounds now.  I know that isn't great but it is better than 1o lbs!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am actually looking forward to starting my exercise &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;regimen&lt;/span&gt; up again and blogging! (I am NOT complaining!!) I will take it. As you can see I did not reach my short term goal, but I am still right on track. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanksgiving tomorrow! Yum, I can already taste my dad's delicious mashed potatoes, mom's dressing, sweet potatoes, dinner rolls, homemade amish peanut butter and strawberry jam, greenbean casserole, and of course TURKEY (etc, etc)! Ha, I and my belly love this time of year. I am not at all impressed. The first of the week I exercised for an hour and half Monday and Tuesday. On Wed I had church and frankly did not get my lazy butt downstairs. Oh and last night, NEW MOON!! Ah, the day finally had arrived. 12:01am this morning. Ha, I wasn't one of the "crazies" who dressed up and/or wore glitter but it was fun to be around all the hoopla. Anyway, so I guess I see why the scale isn't moving that much- because I HAVEN'T been moving. Also, for some reason I have just been so hungry lately.. I can't get enough food. I would like to see if I can loose at least 1 lb by Monday. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you believe that next thursday is THANKSGIVING! Then Christmas a month later. My oh my. I remember last year around Christmas I started my goal of losing weight and becoming a healthier person. For a few months I was on ball and lost about 20 pounds. Almost a year later I have almost gained those 20 pounds back. That stops now. I am calling this my fresh re-start! Taking it all back and I am in control. I control what goes in my mouth and I control whether I workout or not. Three days in a row - that is a record. I really like how I feel in the morning after working out. I feel more awake and ready. Plus, it def starts my day out on the right foot. Debbie as in, Slim in 6, Debbie. I bought Slim in 6 what seems like just last week, but really it has been 2 months ago.  On Sept 2 I started and it didn't last long.. work, school, social life, tv programs! Well, last night I got inspired and decided to finish what I had started.. 6 days, 6 weeks with my dear friend Debbie.  Tonight I am on my second day and I feel great.. I love feeling sore. I opened up the notebook that carries all my measurements, weights, etc and since Sept 2 I have gained 3 inches.  If that isn't a slap in the face.  Enough of this gaining crap, it is time for those numbers to go down. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have seemed to misplace my bodybug.  I took my bb and all the cords with me to Toledo a couple wks ago, so I could track my calories while I used the hotel gym.  Well, it is now no where to be found. I barely remember May, the month I stopped blogging and crazy enough, the time the weight started piling back on.  Fat, REALLY likes my body, ha. I know, I know sick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been all talk for awhile now.  The will and want is there to lose weight and be healthy, but the drive and do isn't. Not a significant weight loss, but is a loss- so I am pleased with my progress.  Averages out to about 4.5 lbs lost a month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today marks a new beginning for me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My daily goals- exercise anywhere from an hour to three hours, drink 9-12 cups of water, and keep my food intake within my bb calorie limit. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;June 22-29 will be spent on the luxury beach of Siesta Key.  Just 2-3 months away! &lt;br /&gt;CANNOT WAIT! :)  I am hoping to lose 20 lbs before then.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On a side note, did you see biggest loser a couple weeks ago when Nicole returned and something like 87 pounds at home- on her own!?! I couldn't believe it.  Isn't that around 7 lbs a week? Things are going well.  Lost two pounds last week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday I worked out with a friend at &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Jayco&lt;/span&gt;.  They have a wellness center for their employees and I got to take advantage of that.  Let me tell ya, I had no idea what to do with a lot of those machines!! I stuck to the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;elliptical&lt;/span&gt;, treadmill, and weights.  We were there for a little over an hour. Ate lunch. Went at picked the amish couple up and took them back home.  did homework.  Then tonight at my church we had a men's night in.  Where several ladies served the men and provided entertainment for them.  It was a sports theme, so the ladies all dressed in sports attire and we had different game shows. Weigh In</title><content type='html'>I gained 1 pound this week. It happens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I got braces yesterday and my mouth HURTS! I am doing lingual braces- where they are on the back of the the teeth. He also put on an expander. He said my mouth was 'tricky' -- great, thanks! ha. I am down to eating soups and liquid types because if not the food gets stuck in the expander. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Day 52 was not the best day. I did my workout at curves and nothing else. Low grade fevers, coughing, ear ache.  Not fun.  It is down to just a cold but I can't seem to shake it.  To say the least I haven't been exercising or wearing the bodybugg.  Today I am going to start back up again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Down 4 pounds for the week.  Which I suppose makes sense because I wasn't eating too much.  Hopefully I won't gain anything this week as my body gets back on track and as I start eating again. That was a mile. I am slowly working my way to 3.1 miles. It seems unreachable. I got 41 minutes in on the treadmill and I thought I was going to die. Tonight I am going to shoot for an hour.. just mind over matter. After the work out my family was going to do a little shopping- so I tagged along and then we ended up eating at Steak n Shake. I couldn't resist. I had my 'usual' of a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;frisco&lt;/span&gt; melt, cheese fries, and chili. Granted I only had half of the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;frisco&lt;/span&gt; melt but the chili in itself is a load of calories. I can honestly say I won't be doing that for awhile!! When I had my body &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;bugg&lt;/span&gt; session she bumped me up to doing 1 hour and 30 minutes of exercise. That is a struggle for me, but not &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;unattainable&lt;/span&gt;. Just something I need to work at.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;When I weighed in on Sunday I finally saw good results. I haven't been losing weight for the last couple of weeks- but that is my own fault. Tomorrow starts week four. I am going to start fresh and give it everything I have got. I have new goals in mind and WILL achieve them!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first one of those goals is to run my very first 5K. It may not sound like much- but let me tell ya, for me it will be HUGE! :) I am pretty much a couch potato! It is great though because I found this awesome website- cool running- which tells me exactly what to do to get me prepared for the race in just 2 months. The article is even called "Couch to 5K". Perfect. The race is May 30 so I have just over 4 months to train. I am hoping that is enough time. My plan so far is to start out on the treadmill since it is blitzzen cold outside! It hit -22 just 2 days ago! Granted the weather is getting back to normal at 20 degrees I am opting to train inside for the first couple of months! Then in March/April I will take it to the pavement. I will be running with two girlfriends of mine who are both fit- which will hopefully be a motivation for me because I surely do not want to slow them down!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My next goal is on June 20. The Pumpkinvine Bike Ride. 15, 26, 44, 67 and 104-Mile Routes. I am aiming for the 26 or 44 mile routes. I was planning on doing this last year and missed the deadline so this year is a must!! &lt;a href="http://www.pumpkinvine.org/html/2009_bike_ride.html#Bikeridehome"&gt;http://www.pumpkinvine.org/html/2009_bike_ride.html#Bikeridehome&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those are my two newest goals- along with being less than 190 lbs by NYC!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have appreciated Mike, Cube Monkey, and Kim for keeping my accountable. I love reading your daily progress. It keeps me inspired!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Wednesday I am starting Massage Therapy School. That will surely give me extra calories burned since that is hard work. I am looking forward to it. Along with Massage School I am also going full time to a local commuter college. Plus working 32 hr weeks. I did two videos. I don't know if it was of the exercise or what but I didn't find myself all that hungry- I only ate half of my calories for the day. I hope my body doesn't count that as starving and shut down. I am absolutely sore and tired after working out and cannot even imagine what it would be like to burn 1500 calories when I do eat all my food for the day! Her parents own a concert hall (mostly bluegrass music is played) and she ran the concessions. Well, that is now my task and I love it! It is on the third floor of an old bag factory, which makes for lots of walking- carrying coffee pots and jugs up the stairs. Plus I get to enjoy great music! It seems to be getting easier to add a little bit more to my exercise plan daily. As I am just commuting to college, it is absolutely wonderful to have freedom and my own space. We took full advantage of our "own" home and had a small gathering last night and boy oh boy there was A LOT of awesome food to choose from. During the day I just had a slimfast shake and veggies because I knew I would need those extra calories for later in the evening.. I think I did ok considering not time for exercise and all the food. We ended up having about 8 friends, which was nice. Spent the night playing SCUM! bingo and laughing a lot. Finally got to bed around 4am. I hope you all enjoyed your new years evening and now onto the next year! It was nice to have a day off work. I needed that. Went to see Twilight with a few friends and LOVED it! It didn't quite do the book justice- but it was still great! When we got back from the movie my roommate Megan and I went on a 30 minute walk/jog around the subdivision and a bike path that is nearby. I got most of my food and exercise in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I don't wear the armband while I sleep. I put it on after my shower and take it off once I go to bed. I did not do as well as I had planned.  No exercise.  Today was busy.  I had to stay at work a little longer than planned and then did some errands.  Ate dinner.  After a friend came over to plan our new years party and now I am drained.  It may be good though to see how many calories I burn a day without any exercise.  It is def. not where I want to stay, but tomorrow WILL be better. I guess baby steps are best.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I cannot figure out how to post a picture of my chart. My name is Kelly.  I bought a BodyBugg the day after Thanksgiving when 24 Hour Fitness was having their sale.  When I was searching to find information about the BodyBugg I came across a few people's blogs and became inspired.  So, with the joys of this Christmas Season over I have decided to start a blog to track my own progress- as well as keep myself accountable.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have struggled with my weight for most of my young adult life.  My weight loss started at the age of 14 when I dropped 40 lbs which left me at 110.  Six years later I have found myself at 234 pounds.  I am turning 21 next May and am planning on a weekend trip to New York City with a few girlfriends.  Which gives me approximately 6 months and my goal is to lose about 40 pounds- although 50-60 would be wonderful. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will start my new journey with BodyBugg tomorrow.  I am hoping to lose at least 1000-2000 calories a day.  To get that accomplished I will be walking, playing the Wii, and I have several Biggest Loser videos.  Hopefully, that isn't too much of a stretch.  I guess we will see how well that goes tomorrow :]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will be posting daily results.
