Stepped on the scale this morning and I am gaining weight! I for sure didn't think that my eating was that terrible. Not sure what is going on but it is frustrating. I am hoping it is just water weight and by the time Tuesday rolls around I will be down. I would take anything as long as it is not a gain!
It almost makes me not even want to continue working out but I know that will not solve anything.
Gotta keep plugging on.

Giving up is NOT AN OPTION! That sucks that you gained but it could be a number of things so don't let it get you down and like you said just keep plugging away at it. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
