week six weigh in

not sure how it happened, but 2 1/2 lbs off my body for the week!!

i exercised a little last night (when i say little, that is what i mean.. a whole 15 minutes!)

My goal this week is to exercise at least 4 times for an hour each- so 4 hours this week will be spent moving and shaking. I know I can do it!

weigh in- 5

Holy smokes - it is already week 5!! These weeks have flown by. What sickens me is to know how hard I could have been working. I keep saying I am going to get my butt in gear but those excuses always find me. What is it going to take for me to finally grip on to the exercise train and give it everything I got.

Anyways, lost 1.5lbs this week. SOO close to the 10 lb mark. Next week I will make it :)

I am starting a sign language class tonight and am nervous and excited. It is something that I have always wanted to do. It can only help me down the road. Wish me luck!

too many sweets

todays food was absolutely horrid.

seriously, i cannot even begin to give an exact amount of what went into my mouth.

I had leftover brownies from superbowl night, oatmeal pecan cookies (way TOO many), slices and slices of deli turkey, nacho cheese doritos.. etc, etc. I don't know what is going on!!

Tomorrow I need to be aware of what is going into my mouth.

One day at a time. gotta keep moving forward, right.

weighing in for wk 4

Wow, I cannot believe that I have been at this for a whole month! Granted the last couple weeks have not been great loses but you know what?- they are loses! and seriously that is a big thing for me. I lost another pound for the week. That puts me back to where I was in December when I left for my cruise. Almost 10 lbs lost. Next week I am going to hit that 10 mark and surpass it! Enough of this 1 lb loss.

Tonight I am going to my parents house - my mom and I are going to catch up on BL - I think we have 2 or 3 watch!

PLUS I am hoping we will get as much snow as the weather man is predicting! That would make my night.

That is all for now~ time to actually start working my butt and lose the ugly fat =]

Week 3

1/2 is the number of the day

.5 lbs is what I lost.

I haven't been exercising at all the last two weeks so it makes me realize that if I would get my HUGE butt in gear I would see greater losses.

As of right now I am just happy that the number is going down.
