Weigh in Wk 2


Week 2 and TWO lbs down!


A steady pace is good. I like the consistency so far.
PLUS, I am out of the 30s for good!
(at least for the 200s!)

I measured myself last night and I seem to be down I think about 8 inches. Not too bad. I have trouble remembering where I measured and trying to get that exact spot again.


The joys of living in Indiana- COLTS are going to the SUPERBOWL! yay =]

And I cannot until I drop 25 1/2 more lbs. That is months away.

weigh in week ONE

Weigh in day was actually yesterday but I didn't get a chance to post..

I am down 4.5 lbs! YAY!!

The weekends always KILL me.. I ate so much food Sunday it is crazy, so I am very pleased that I lost so much. How do you stay on track over the weekend? Any tricks/tips?

BL is on tonight and I cannot wait! It always seems to give me that extra boost to keep on trekking.

be a witness

For the next couple of weeks we have pulpit exchange at church. Todays pastor was AWESOME! He was powerful and had a great message. He talked about witnessing and showing the love of Jesus Christ through us. I just cannot express how wonderful he was. Well, that is it. Nothing weight related today.

Starting Over - AGAIN!!

For the past week I am been thinking about this blog and just wanting to start over. A fresh start. A new blog. Then I was thinking- well what will people say about me? "Gee, she can't seem to stick to anything.. etc, etc." Well, I am decided this is MY blog after all and I am doing this for ME. Who cares what others think. So I am going to keep this blog up and running and just recommit to losing weight.
Like I said in my previous post I started exercising consistently since Monday and do not plan to stop anytime soon. Beginning last Monday my weight was 235.5 lbs- I have a LOT of work to do! But I know I can do it! I have a couple more days to work out and see how much more I can lose for the week.

I have exercised everyday since Monday. It really is huge accomplishment for me.. working out consecutively. I also made a calendar to help that will I use to track what exercise I have done- that seems to help me the most. It seems to keep me accountable. I don't want to look at an empty/clear day! Because I didn't weigh myself in the last couple weeks (I am bunching them together) and I had gained 1.5lbs which put me back up to 233.5. That is ok, just a mild set back. I weighed myself this morning and so far I am liking what working out everyday does for me! I will give the official weight loss number on Monday.
