Today went really well. I did two videos. I don't know if it was of the exercise or what but I didn't find myself all that hungry- I only ate half of my calories for the day. I hope my body doesn't count that as starving and shut down. I am absolutely sore and tired after working out and cannot even imagine what it would be like to burn 1500 calories when I do eat all my food for the day! Hats off to all three of you guys!

I've had one sub-1000 calorie day so far. Same as you, I just didn't feel that hungry that day. I think they're okay on occasion, but I wouldn't make it a habit and definitely wouldn't have two in a row or you risk derailing your weight loss goals.
